Your information

Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what happens to information you share with KDMS.

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy covers the KDMS website at kdms.pages.dev, including the Digital Herbarium experience and project pages. Questions about privacy can be sent to divinemaster.official@gmail.com.

Information you choose to send

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, selected service and project details. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible project. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

How inquiries are delivered

The form uses Formspree to process and deliver inquiries to KDMS’s contact email. Formspree may also store submissions in its dashboard and process technical information for spam prevention and delivery. Review Formspree’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab) for its practices.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Cloudflare may process connection details such as your IP address, requested pages and browser information to deliver the site and protect its services. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Cookies, local storage and advertising

This version of the website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies, use visitor analytics, or save inquiry drafts in your browser. An AdSense account verification meta tag remains in the page. The tag alone does not load ads or advertising cookies. No AdSense advertising script is currently loaded. If advertising or other tracking is added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

Email, WhatsApp and external links

Email links open your chosen mail application. When a WhatsApp number is configured, its button opens WhatsApp; use of that service is governed by its own privacy practices. Until then, the icon leads to the inquiry section. External websites are governed by their own policies.

Use, access and retention

KDMS uses inquiry information to answer requests and manage project discussions. It is not published in the portfolio or used to invent customer reviews. Information is handled through the email and form service providers needed to process your request. Inquiries are retained while needed for the conversation and related records; service providers may apply their own retention and backup practices.

Your requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information held by KDMS, email divinemaster.official@gmail.com. Include enough detail to identify your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive identity documents unless they are specifically needed and a suitable way to provide them has been agreed.

Children and changes to this policy

This is a business inquiry website, not a service designed for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact KDMS. This policy may be updated when the website’s features or service providers change.
